Thanks again for the world’s greatest service! It seems like no matter what time of day or night we call, you were always here quickly to rescue us! Our sewer line was clogged, and your Rapid Rooter guys found where the problem was and got to work at clearing the line. I had no idea you used hi tech stuff like the camera that went inside the pipe, to find exactly where the problem is. Amazing! Turns out the job was tougher than I had probably imagined and as a result spent extra time to make sure not only the line was cleared but that tree roots were completely cut back so we wouldn’t have future problems. They stayed until the job was done, which is more than I can say for other services we have called in the past. My wife felt safe at home with your technicians. They were polite, wore booties on their feet and you couldn’t even tell they had been here after the job was done.
